Excellent service every time! Love the VCA Countryside vets!
This facility was highly recommended by so many and I’m not sure why. The communication is piss poor and the only thing they do respond quick about is submitting a payment prior to arrival. Sophia and Jenifer had several emails back and forth to myself. In which one I was called out of my name in efforts to receive answers to unanswered questions in preparing for my dogs surgery. Do not take an extremely sick and injured cat here to be euthanized, unless you stay with them. They notify Mult County Animal Services and they take them. I'm si mad and upset about both these places.
Countryside Vet in Howell, Mi is fantastic. Always getting top notch service. I’m so glad vet Koski left there years ago.
My baby, Diesel was in good health until two days ago. He started throwing up liquid and acting strange. We were told not to go to this place, but no one else would see him on short notice, so I had to go there. At first, everyone was so sweet and supportive. This is the worst vet facility ever! My poor cat suffered for almost three days before the vet called us back with the cat’s test results. The vet claimed she was the only person working there and was too busy to read the test results and get back to us after repeated calls to connect with her. When she finally called us days later, she told us to go to another hospital to get the cat and ultrasound as she did not have this machine at her office. They don’t care about the dog’s or Owners especially when grieving they delete the reviews Ashes had no paperwork so idk if i got my dog back or not high sierra crematory is is unprofessional as well . They know certificates should come with Ashes and didnt
I would never use this company again. When I need them most they denied service!!! I have had both my dogs taken care of by them and when i need emergency care they send me to another clinic and a doctor neother my dog nor I know!!!! The worste kind of vet... one who walks away when you really need them!!!!
