Dr. Haroush and his staff are wonderful. We found my 8 month old pom puppy lifeless outside one day having no idea what happened. We rushed him to the Animal Health Center and they immediately took action. Dr. Haroush was warm and kind and explained that they would do everything they could for him and they did. Unbelievably, our puppy had had a stroke. They gave him the best care and did every test imaginable and thankfully they found no disease or condition that would have caused the stroke, so it was just a freak occurrenc... read more

Courteous service, compassion for companion pets, clean facility, and availability to answer questions are the many reasons Animal Health Center is #1 for my pup and me. This facility has everything and is extremely well managed. Knowing Dr. Haroush is on call 24/7 for emergencies gives me reassurance. The first time we met Dr. Haroush, we had an elderly dog in severe distress. When we called our regular vet, his answering machine suggested we call an emergency animal hospital. The name of the animal hospital will remain nameless, it was an awful place!! We heard Animal Health Center had 24/7 care. When we called, they told us to come immediately! Dr.Haroush was there to meet us. He examined our dog and carefully told us his diagnoses....it was grim. Dr. Haroush said surgery would be a long shot. Or, we could take her home... read more
We were in New York visiting our daughter and her family when our 12 year old Yorkie became ill. She could not have received better care than Dr. Haroush and his team gave her. They went above and beyond in providing the care she needed. She was soon back to her perky self, and we all enjoyed the remainder of our visit.

No one is more medically savvy than Dr Haroush, and his veterinary hospital is current, advanced and available 24 hours a day! He is professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. He saved one of my dogs from cancer, has enabled another, a 14 1/2 year old lab, to move free from chronic pain and has even prepared and supervised care of my corgi for international travel.
