That they would make necessary arrangements for affordable animal care. Maybe once a year offer really low cost spaying n neutering services. We wouldn’t have so many stray cats or dogs. Right now it costs $95.00 to get my cat spayed. I can’t afford the food, medical n neutering!! What can I do? Better yet, What can you do for me n my cat n dog?
