The staff are awesome!! They are so kind to my 'noisy' Rotty. They are calm, not afraid when he talks to them and make me feel at ease whenever he needs to go in for a visit. He doesn't like many strangers, but does great with them! They also boarded both my dogs for Christmas last year and I knew they were in good hands. It's a worry when you have a challenging dog, but they made it so i could enjoy an out of state family holiday! The staff and doctor were so very kind & understanding as our 13 1/2 year old kitty Bailey passed away there after we rushed her in for a first ever visit here. Thank you all so very much! And a special thank you to Dr. Hagner!!!
