If i could give them zero star review I would. They have gone extremely down hill since the dr sold the practice. They barely answer the phones, they screw up appointments, they are extremely rude and we have had nothing but problems with them. They don't give a crap about your animals and if you even complain to them about the staff, they call you verbally abusive. I know they are reckless with the animals because I know a few people who have lost pets due to their care. Do not go see them!!!
RecommendedAHC is such an amazing organization. I have been bringing my animals there since I was 6 years old. Recently, I had to have a tumor removed from my dog and the staff couldn’t have been more compassionate or understanding with me or my dog. Vet Nurse Angela sat with me and went over everything before the procedure, when I broke down she reassured me and comforted me and told me she would make sure to take good care of Cleo for the day. These are the people I trust with my Furbabies!
Delilah had her teeth cleaning and xrays done yesterday and we could not be more pleased with the love and care she received ♥️ every other procedure she has had she ends up with a high pitch whine that will pierce you soul, but the staff at AHC provided so much love and care that our baby was calm all day!!!! We could not imagine taking our kiddo anywhere else!! Delilah says she loves all of her family at AHC!!!
They were excellent in the care for my chihuahua Cortaroy. I am forever grateful for the care they provided over the last 6 months with monitoring his heart due to congestive heart failure. Today he chose his resting day. And I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to how quickly you all responded when seeing he was struggling. He almost made it to his 13th birthday , on Christmas Eve
The staff was fantastic and so understanding. At a very difficult time in my life they helped make a very hard decision a lot less painful. All you ladies were fantastic. Thank you again.
I like the vets there- more down to earth & they make it more friendly there than other places- the staff is wonderful & friendly
My first visit with my kitten was a good experience! Very friendly staff and my kitten which I thought was a girl turned out to be a boy so I guess a name change is in order!
I've been bringing my fur babies to AHC for 3 years now and am never disappointed. They have great staff & great attitudes even with my crazy animals! I appreciate them, & so do my animals.
