RecommendedThey were all very friendly and caring. I wasn't even a regular client and they were still caring enough to work my girl Eve in on a Saturday to do a c-section and delivered her 3 beautiful babies when my regular vet of over 15 years left me stranded with no concern for my girl or her babies. Needless to say absolutely planning to switch my fur kids to Animal health Care center. The fact that they went above and beyond for someone they didn't know speaks volumes to me and I'm beyond grateful.
Great and friendly staff. My chocolate lab, Reese, ate a rock and it was stuck in his intestines. The schedule was full but the staff called Dr. Dunlap to come in and he did the emergency surgery. Love Dr. Wood and also Dr. Dunlap. Haven't had the opportunity to see the other dr yet, but I am sure she will be very knowledgeable and friendly as are Dr. Dunlap and Dr. Wood.
So thankful for the wonderful care my dog received. ❤️

The staff is great here. We’ve brought our cat Gracie here many times throughout the years and have received nothing but a positive experience for her and us. The staff treated us so much like their own family each time we came, no matter who we saw. K.C. at the front desk.... she is definitely in the right business. The doctors are great and they have a great caring staff. Everyone is friendly and you can tell they really care about not only your animals, but you as well.
Re-evaluate Dr. Heather Wood. Yesterday she saw three rats that were brought in by Petco. She cleared them of any health problems. Today they were diagnosed with upper respiratory infections by another veterinarian. Today one of them died. Had Dr. Wood done her job correctly, maybe this wouldn't have happened.
Animal Health Care Center is the best vet ever! I have been taking Dobby here for around 7 years. They strive to make caring for my pet as affordable as possible, while still providing great care to my dog and making her feel at ease. When we arrive, Dobby happily trots inside and is always happy to see the staff, who go beyond providing health care to her to also provide ample belly rubs and compliments.
