This company send an invoice for a session for my animal. One month later I scheduled and paid the invoice (I had told them I would see our veterinarian for a diagnosis confirmation, as aha had suggested). Imagine my surprise when they invoiced me for an additional $70 climbing they had price increases. They do not honor their invoices for any length of time and were very unpleasant to communicate with regarding the price increase.
