100% will never take another animal here. EVER!! I'm sure the actual veterinarians are great but the nurses and practice manager DO NOT follow proper procedures and misinform clients as to their options. I had an emergency that I could have opted to pay 1/3 of the bill. they did not tell me about the funds that were available for low income assistance. I was forced to sign my love over to them and they adopted him to someone else. had I been informed of the emergency assistance, I would still have my baby. this has been very... read more
So they offer emergency service, but good luck getting through to them. I called around 6pm and received a call back the next day at 7am. Luckily Farmington Vet was able to get my cat in immediately, for the emergency care he needed.
Called today to try and make an emergency appointment for my dog who was very ill. Wendy answered and very rudely said the next available appointment was next Tuesday. I was not told that an emergency appointment scheduling was an option. When I asked for suggestions on what to do regarding my dogs symptoms she said, "I'm not a vet, I just answer the phones." I will no longer be scheduling appointments with Animal Haven.
I have taken my pets to them for over 20 years and know the staff including the doctors on a first name basis. I highly recommend and trust the care they provide.
love this place. Always friendly. I have been taking my fur baby here for 8 years.
