If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. Dr. Jones, Laura and the rest of the staff at Animal Friends have been beyond amazing to my family! We were at a bigger vet office initially and did not get anywhere near the excellent caring service we get from Dr. Jones and her staff. They are very kind to my furbabies, they make accurate assessments and recommendations for treatment and they have been super accommodating when I had an emergency within regular vet hours. Dr. Jones and her staff were the only ones who would perform an emergency cystotomy on my guinea pig for a bladder stone. They have gone above and beyond my expectations to care for my piggy, even using a new technique to give him a fighting chance at recovery, something which the other facilities in this area would not even offer. The staff treat their patients like family and take such great care of both the humans and their furbabies. Even though we have to drive more than an hour to be served by Dr. Jones and her staff, I trust the care of my pet in her hands. After an emergency visit on a Saturday afternoon that Dr. Jones stayed to complete a lengthy surgery for, and subsequent surgeries and visits thereafter, Vuitton is doing well and happy again. Thank you again Dr. Jones!
Dr. Jones is the best she is caring and loving and truly puts your pets health first and I also need to mention her staff is wonderful they love all the fur babies as if they were there own
Dr. Jones and the entire staff are amazing. � I would recommend this vet to everyone. They listen to what you have to say and don't rush. We took our sugar glider in to get neutered, and he came back, fine as can be. Going back with our bunny and dogs soon.
Excellent vet and staff! I (and my 3 small kids) had to take in our kitten. The initial tech saw how "involved" my children were when the cat was being weighed, temp taken, etc., so when Dr. Jones came to examine kitty, she brought TWO techs with her--one to assist her and another to entertain my kids with games and her attention! Top-notch service, and it was very helpful to be able to have a conversation without interruptions concerning kitty's ailments.
Dr. Jones is very knowledgeable and everyone is so friendly and helpful anytime we come in. Our Chinese water dragon loves Dr. Jones and her staff. As do we!! Thank you.
