The staff was friendly! I didn't like the vet at all!!! I feel she's out for money!!!! made me come in for four puppy visits!!!! spent hundreds of dollars!!!! she didn't spend more than 5 minutes each time talking to me!!!! made me feel like a bad dog mom because I expressed my feeling's on putting chemicals on my dog for fleas and was rude!
Very happy with care! Dr. Jones is great and all the staff is very caring, helpful and supportive.
Dr. Jones and her staff are the best. We sought a new vet for our dog after struggling with him not eating. Our previous vet was dismissive and not helpful. Dr. Jones gave us excellent guidance and solved the problem for us. When my dog gets upset during routine vet care, she routinely impresses me with how easily she can calm him so she can provide him care. I am very thankful we found her and recommend her to anyone needing medical care for their pets.
An ill trained vet and ill mannered staff. Not avian certified yet attempts to "care" for birds. My Sweet Baby Bella 💕 passed away as this "vet" took 5 weeks of her life away because she didn't know what to do and was too arrogant to suggest a vet who could provide care. Shame on her and her staff!
We had a great experience from day 1. From making an appointment to the day of the appointment. We brought our Guinea pig in for treatment and the staff was amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. After our guniea pigs treatment one of the employees even gave our Guinea pig a treat of a red pepper.We will for sure be back and recommended them highly ❤

Dr. Jones and her staff are the most caring and kind people around. I would never take my precious fur babies anywhere else!! Love you guys!!! 💕💕💕
