Haven't been to a Vet in years, took my cat for a lump I found on his neck. Minday checked me in "Very Friendly" I waited maybe 5 mins and Sophie took me to the exam room, she treated my cat so nice!! Dr Mindy came in a treat my cat so Great!!! I was in and out in 20 mins. Highly recommend them. My cat didn't like the experience however....lol
RecommendedCovid restrictions/procedures are smooth and staff is efficient. I actually like waiting in my car. I have the utmost faith and trust in this office and staff taking care of my greys.
I am out of town and my family had to put our longest family dog down tonight. I call and made all the arrangements so they didn't. The staff was top notch!!!!! They could not have done any better!!!!!!! Very caring, understandable, above and beyond!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!!

Thank you for getting our conure in so quickly for his checkup. Everyone was so friendly. I was worried about going to a new office with covid precautions in place, but I felt very at ease the entire time.
Today was Tinsley’s first visit with Natalie and Dr. Meyers. I truly appreciate how genuine and caring they were for my fur baby. I appreciate how thorough they were with explaining everything and recommending certain vaccines to keep her healthy. I knew instantly when Natalie started loving on her that we were in the right place! Thank You, Thank You I’m relieved that we have finally found a vet clinic that we can trust!
We are so thankful for Dr. Kathy! Our 10 year old Westie, Mika, was very sick and Dr. Kathy and the staff at the Animal Family Veterinary Care Center got her in quickly, (we were turned away from the vet office where we have taken pets for 30 years) got her on meds, and were so kind to us. I am happy to say that Mika is feeling so much better! We HIGHLY recommend the Family Veterinary Care Center and especially Dr. Kathy! 💚🐾
Awesome, friendly people. The current pandemic means staying in your car, so they texted my daughter a picture and a “hi” from her beloved duck while we waited. They obviously care about animals and their human family.
Dr. Rob came to our car and carried our sick little boy Jack into the care center. He ran tests, examined him, and kept in contact with us during his visit. We watched as his staff came in and out carrying other pets. I can say they really care and we live in Bettendorf and would use no other Vet Center. Jack is feeling better already! Thanks Dr. Rob!
