WOW! What a professional, well oiled machine here. This clinic is well organized and adheres to wonderful standard operating procedures. Clear communication and kind staff throughout every process of the visit. 100% recommend. *minor detail but I absolutely loved how they weighed the entire cat carrier with our kitty inside, and then weighed it when she was comfortable in a quiet room with me to get her weight. Such a nice, fear-free touch.
