The front desk staff are very sweet and helpful. They walked us through the whole process. There was no wait time, they took us directly back for the exam. The doc came right in and was very knowledgeable and I could really see her love for what she does. I left the office feeling so much more positive about my pups condition.
Great appointment!! From check in to check out very smooth without any delays. All personnel very professional.
We are very pleased with the cataract treatment our husky has received over the last eight years. Her dad went blind young but Dr. Heussler and his team have kept Bella's cataracts at bay and she still has good vision at 13 years old.
My family had an overall great experience. They took us in right on time for our appointment, everyone was very friendly and professional. All the medical staff seemed very knowledgeable and caring.
