After having a not so great experience at the Miami Gardens location I called this one to re up a prescription. I was asking a few questions to try and see what the best option was to get the eye drops bc I live far from all locations. The lady on the phone was dismissive the whole time, was not patient, and was basically trying to get me off the phone the whole time. I’ve never had issues with any of the doctors but it seems the front desk is never a pleasant experience.

After a very disappointing experience with a veterinary clinic in the Upper Keys, it was a relief to find such an outstanding practice. The staff here could not have been more responsive, friendly, or accommodating. They promptly scheduled an urgent appointment for our 11-year-old German Shepherd who recently sustained an eye injury. This office is absolutely amazing ! The front desk ladies are so helpful, professional and accommodating. Our vet tech Veronica was so sweet and thorough and Dr. Marrion put me at ease explaining what was going on with my doggie and was very sympathetic to my circumstances. We were in the right hands and I’m confident my dog will heal in no time. Thank you !

I had my first consultation with doctor morgan bertram.She was amazing, very, very knowledgeable and caring and explained everything.So I can understand. The nurse was also very sweet and caring the front desk girls are very welcoming.I felt very comfortable and i'm glad that I went to see them for my dog asmah. Thank you for helping me feel comfortable and at ease about my pets condition. I definitely will recommend this location.
