Never again I will never, and I mean NEVER, set foot in this place again. I brought in my german shepherd a few weeks ago because I suspected bloat and it was late at night. She was in some abdominal discomfort and had tried unsuccessfully to vomit twice. Xrays showed she did not have bloat but were otherwise inconclusive. The vet was pleasant enough, ran down a list of possible causes, ranging from a simple tummyache to a perforated intestine (life threatening but the xray did not show it). They wanted to keep her for obser... read more
This is the place..... Putting my little Daisy down was one of the most heart wrenching experiences I've ever had. The entire staff made this experience loving & compassionate. By calling ahead, they had a room ready, no waiting in the lobby. They gave me as much time before & after as I needed. One particular pet nurse, hugged me, talked with me, which helped put me at peace with my decision. I was so delighted with their process, I can now focus on all the great memories and not focus on her last moments. Thank you A.E.T.C... read more
Wonderful Place Wonderful place. The staff is extremely understanding and compassionate. I had to go through a major health issue with three of my animals and couldn't believe the quality and level of service. They truly care for their patients. The night I had to put my kitten to sleep, alone, during a snow storm the vet was comforting and gave me as much time with my kitten as I needed to say goodbye. As he was being put to sleep I was basically hysterical. The vet didn't look annoyed but empathetic and comforting. I can't... read more
Absolutely MORTIFYING experience... They killed my best friend My dog had been vomiting & had loose bowels for about a week & antibiotics didn't work. I was told to take her here for an ultrasound to look for a cause, which cost $400. During the ultrasound, they found a cyst on her spleen & said they wanted to remove it so it would not burst & they also would perform exploratory surgery at the same time. I was told her surgery would cost approximately $1500-$2000 MAX, so I agreed to that & paid them. We scheduled surgery for... read more
The Only Emergency Roomed Concerned With Profits Over Care This place, doesn't care about the safety or well being of your animal. Granted this is a business and they do have to make money, But the way the handled my situation was cruel. I had been here once before, yes they gouged me on the price but my cat was fine. A few days ago my cat started having problems urinating, happened before they just drain him and put him on meds. Something with crystals, Well the 3rd of July I called AMETC around 11:00 at night, and told the... read more
