Thank you guys for taking care of our little miss Tallie...Can not wait to come and get her......the kids are going crazy for her to come home <3
We have had to go here a few times. The latest was 3 am Saturday morning. My daughter is stationed in California and I have her dog here for now. He (Ace) was acting totally different then he normally does. So after fearing for his life I rushed him in there. Staff was amazing and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Thank God Ace only had a strained Muscle but their compassion really always put my mind at ease. Thank you for all you do!
Saturday afternoon was so stressful with our Shi. Sick. Our first visit we live an hour south. Staff was Great a big Thank you to Dr. Tere. For all of the time you spent with us. Good to know your all there for us and our fur babies. Sadly we lost Shi. At 400am Sunday. She isn't suffering. She is with her sisters and brothers. :(. Keep up the great work.
Over the years have had to take several pets here because of course they can't get sick or hurt during regular business hours. These guys are always very helpful, professional, and do a great job. Rosie and Brownie both thank you for helping them the other night.
5 stars. The staff is friendly and professional. Wonderful bedside manner and my cat, Marcel, is getting better right on schedule thanks to the expertise of my now favorite emergency vet.
Everyone here is so awesome. From the phone call to the emergency visit at midnight. I couldn't thank them enough for all the help and kindness they showed to me and my doggy Pac Friday night. They truly are a blessing.
This place saved our dog Cleopatra back in November 2015 after our newly adopted dog attacked her. She spent a week in Champaign but I don't even think she would have made it if the ER hadn't dealt with her first. She just passed away on February 8, 2017 for unrelated reasons. The ER gave us a whole extra year and 3 months with our baby girl. They are so compassionate and let us stay in the room as long as we needed after she passed. We chose to have her cremated and I just picked her up & was so surprised and thankful that ... read more
Thank you so much for helping us find our lost dog. It was such a relief when Shelby called to let us know that Clara Belle had been found and brought there. Thank God for the couple that found and rescued her on this very cold night and took the time to take her to Animal Emergency Clinic. And Thank God for the microchip and HomeAgain service for allowing the clinic to be able to contact us. I can not thank all of you enough.
When our cat, Goddard, had an allergic reaction to his vaccines, the staff were SO helpful over the phone and then in person. They tried their best to coach us over the phone and see what we could do to avoid a visit, but when we had to come in, they were understanding, helpful and extremely caring.
