The care my cat received there has made my stomach sick. I took my sweet boy to this hospital 2 nights ago. He was so sick. So frail. Due to COVID, I was not allowed to accompany him. My heart dropped as I watched through the window the tech carelessly taking him inside. I could tell she was annoyed with our presence there. I saw the carrier hitting the walls as she walked him in and carrying the carrier sideways to where my arthritic sick cat was smashed towards the front. RecommendedI am so thankful for the AEC staff. I don’t know what I would have done without them. They were compassionate and did a great job!
We have had to use the Emergency Clinic 2 times. Both times were are great experience. Yes, it is costly but it is emergency services. Tonight Katie assisted us. She was a model employee! She went above and beyond to listen to us. She was an AllStar! Thank you!
