amazing. My puppy went into heat 2 weeks before her appointment and I felt so uncomfortable and the SWEETEST lady (sorry forgot her name) spoke to me for 30 minutes and reassured me everything was okay and got me in an appointment in just two days. It was really amazing that she was so kind and helpful. Thank you all so much!

When my puppy suffered a cut across his nose from a grooming accident, the vet at The Emergency Clinic was very professional and compassionate. She took the time to explain the needed procedure, cost and expected outcome. The stitches to repair his nose were very well done and the puppy is healing well. His haircut/shave was quite embarrassing from the groomers. Thank goodness that the staff clipped off some of his long straggler hairs while he was getting his stitches.

Super friendly, really great with our dog, quick to figure out the issue, and work on a remediation plan. Can't beat 24hrs and was surprised it wasn't as expensive as I thought it was going to be.

The Emergency Animal Clinic of Cary took amazing care of my beloved dog Vivi. She had severe heatstroke during the day and came to the emergency clinic for intensive overnight care. They took excellent care of her and I called literally every hour all night to check on her, and each time, someone took the time to assure me that my baby was alright, and how she had been doing since the last time I called. They *never* got tired of me calling or made me feel like an imposition. I would HIGHLY recommend this clinic to anyone wi... read more

I was very happy with the care that Millie received. I called and was able to bring Millie right in which was wonderful. The fees were very reasonable.

Compassionate, caring, experienced staff. I was extremely pleased with the entire experience. Explained the entire process and care plan for my dog's overnight post operative stay.

On the 4th of July my little chi (Zed) ate one of my Cymbalta. The Pet Poison Control line told he needed to be taken to a vet to induce vomiting. I called the Animal Emergency Clinic of Cary, provided them the details from animal control, and let them know I was on my way. As soon as I arrived, they were ready to take Zed back and take care of him. After they got him to throw up the meds, the vet talked to me and did a great job explaining further treatment options and letting me know what symptoms I needed to keep an eye o... read more

We took a stray kitten that had gotten injured in traffic to Animal Emergency Clinic and they were extremely helpful and caring. At first the fear of internal injuries made his prognosis poor. When he made it thru the night, they helped with finding out from the surgeons next door that although surgery (expensive!) was recommended it was not absolutely necessary. The poor kitten had a broken leg, hip, damaged tail and paws. He has since healed completely and did not need the tail amputated and has no limp. You would never kn... read more

Mr. Puddy was a very sick cat when we got to Animal Emergency Clinic of Cary. The diagnosis was swift and accurate. In addition to caring for Mr. Puddy, they also were also sensitive to my needs and concerns and kept me fully informed about the his treatment and his progress. Mr. Puddy returned home after five days and the hospital staff followed up for some time after. I have to say that for all the around the clock care and treatment, the cost was a bargain! THANK YOU FOR THE CARE AND FOR CARING.
