Dr. Duncan was great and so was the staff. This is the best staff I have seen on an emergency visit, ever! Thanks so much for caring.

I am grateful that there actually is a 24-hour E.R. for animals. In this case, I didn't have to lose my best friend. I'd bet each employee at the clinic can surely relate to similar personal situations. So many people are challenged by these difficult times. Even those who still have jobs. A.E.C. employees wouldn't keep doing the jobs they are doing if they didn't care or had no empathy for animals and people alike. I am dismayed with myself for not being prepared to care for my pet in her time of need. But, I am more gratef... read more

I am very pleased with the whole expereince. The staff was great! Everything was explained in detail and they patiently answered all of my questions. We will come here again. Thank you Augusta Animal Emergency! :)

This place is a medicine show. They are only interested in making money, not your beloved pet. Once they start treatment on your pet, you will never be able to get in touch with anyone who can help you or answer your questions over the phone. You will find that your important calls are anwered by someone with very limited experience, or they will tell you to "come in tomorrow.if you care about getting your sick pet the best treatment, stay away from this place.

Both receptionist and technician spent time reviewing care and answering my question. I have taken pets here before and have always been pleased and my animals are always well taked care of.
