I brought my amstaff in around 1230 AM today as she was vomiting and had bloody diarrhea. $400 later they still don't know what's really wrong with her. They gave me some meds for colitis. I paid my bill and am now waiting for her to be released because apparently it is taking longer for them to hydrate her. I also don't like that I haven't laid eyes on my dog for the past 2.5 hours I've been here. I will be taking her to another vet as I get a strange feeling about the staff here. I had a litter of ill orphaned kittens, a total of 9, I had been bottlefeeding for 2 weeks. Suddenly within 48 hours all became ill. 2 died earlier in the day, and another 2 died later that evening. 5 remained who were all very sick. Some couldn't even hold up their bodies or heads and were soon to die. It was terrible, just terrible. The entire staff was kind and they all cried it was the worst night some had experienced. I understand that this organization supposedly has the best surgeons in the area (if you can afford them). They are all about the money. The ER is the worst! Pay up front or take your pet home is their business practice. That is exactly what happened to me. They wanted $1800 hundred dollars or they wouldn't treat my dog. I didn't have $1800 on me, so they told me to call people for money or to get their credit card information. I refused to do that, so I had to take my dog home and the following day had hiim put down in the ... read more

I truly appreciate how wonderful everyone that i came across at your office was. It really made me feel like even though you didn't have the pleasure of knowing Lennox when he was young, you still care about him/ Also i was given a beautiful paw print that i didn't even ask for.
