This clinic is very caring. They explain everything in detail and let you know the cost before anything is done. They also accept care credit which is very convenient. I have used this clinic in the past and they continue to provide excellent care to my animals. And for an emergency clinic their cost is not too bad. I've paid more for less of services at a regular vet.

I took my kitten to Animal Emergency Center and they were great! The staff was nice, and the place was clean. The office was overall very animal friendly and I would highly recommend taking your animal here if you need too. ❤️

I had to bring in one of my dogs towards the end of March for a neck injury that basically paralyzed her for a few days. The staff was absolutely amazing in every aspect of treating my dog. With the help of the amazing doctors, some medications, and a laser therapy treatment, licorice was walking again within a week of her injury. This is a wonderful animal hospital with a wonderful staff.

Did a botch job on my cats amputation which eventually cost him his life and then when my dog was bit by a rattle snake they kept her overnight with NO pain meds nor antivenom but were sure to pressure us into an expensive laser treatment to minimize scarring. (Which of course we refused because she didn't seem like she was even going to make it!) We ended up taking her to auburn and they saved her life. I will NEVER return to this hospital- just drive the extra 10min and go to auburn.

the staff is very nice and even the doctor but they missed diagnosed my little one. kept her over night then sent her home. I ended up having to take her up to Opelika within a few hours of getting her home where in just 5 minutes the found out was it wrong with my baby and now she is having emergency surgery. I am praying that my baby pulls though.

I've had to take a few of my dogs here for emergencies. I was so thankful we had a place here in Columbus that does after hours care. The staff were very friendly and they always took great care of my dogs. I've noticed a lot of bad reviews because of the cost but in my eyes making sure my dog stays alive is priceless!!! I don't care how much you charge me as long as my dog gets the best care possible.

I took my cat Athena here after she got infected due to a botched spay surgery, later she ended up with an abscess. They took great care of her both times and were incredibly sweet and answered any and all questions I had. If any emergencies ever happen again I will definitely come back.
