We didn't have another choice! It was okay until we waited 4 hours (I am not exaggerating) before we ever saw the tech for our dogs vitals! We were not kept informed of the wait or wait time, only told it will be "just a few minutes" and "we are short staffed"! 4 hours is not a few minutes! I would have rated the better if the staff communicated well!
I had to bring my baby bandit in today ! He had a cut that I didn't know where it came from ! The ladies at the desk was so caring and the ladies that took care of bandit was amazing! They gave me an estimate before continuing and also accepted care credit which is a big help ! Not only do they accepted care credit but they gave me 10% Military discount which helped out a lot ! Thank you for taking care of my fur baby ! One happy mama!

I have used the emergency clinic for many years and I have always gotten the very best of care at a very affordable price in combination with the most compassionate care humanly possible. They are doing the impossible and are doing it better than anyone else.
We've been here twice for pretty significant injuries. Always very compassionate and thorough explaining everything. Tremendous relief when a loved pet is hurt and it's after hours!!!
