Honest knowledgeable people. Ready to help. Came in with what looked to us like an emergency for our cat. 7am. The cat was immediately examined while calming us down. Options clearly explained and advice given. It turned out the aural hematoma is not an immediate emergency and we were suggested to go to normal vet to save money. Emergency treatment is is about double the same procedure at a normal vet clinic. I really appreciate the honesty and advice. And better yet, we were not charged for the exam and ECG. Doctor didnt push unnecessary testing. Listened to my concerns, did a thorough exam, gave meds that actually helped the first time! Reasonable expense for Emergency/Specialty Clinic. Accepts Care Credit.
Extremely kind, caring, and knowledgable. They worked with my beloved dog durring his sickness, and they truly did their best. They delivered bad news in a truly caring way. We had to put my beloved down, and I'm so glad we chose to do it at VCA. They made sure everything was as comfortable for us as possible. Every person there is a grade A professional, truly passionate about animals. I owe them a million thank yous.
Staff was cold, and had zero compassion or personality. They recommended unnecessary testing I couldn't afford. I wasn't impressed, won't be back, nor would I recommend these guys to anybody I know. My big ole boy was actually fine. And P.S. he doesn't EVER meow constantly like that. EVER! He was howling from the moment we came in. I don't appreciate how I was kept away from him the entire time either. You forced me to pay before I even saw him again. You were holding him hostage for money. How tacky are you guys? The staff here was soooo accommodating, helpful, and understanding! I was there with my 3 children and my dog that had been bitten by a rattlesnake! At different points of the night I was given a room to nurse my 6 month old, my 3 year old was given snacks to keep her calm, and my 14 year old was complimented for being a good big brother. They went so far just being a vet clinic! Not to mention, the care was top notch! My baby Emjae has made a full recovery!
