I could not give Lab For Pets a better review... I was HEART BROKEN when my 5 month old puppy died out of no where. I called numerous labs that were fine but pretty to the point and did not do cremation after which was very important to me. From the initial call the gentleman I worked with was so sweet and empathetic to everything going on. He allowed me to text for updates. Lab for Pets is exceptional ! Working with them has been a great experience in spite of the incredibly difficult circumstances. While out of the country we got a call our young healthy 2 year old Leonberger 100lb pup had suddenly died with no known health issues. We were devastated and determined to understand what could have caused his death. We were very fortunate to find Lab for Pets. They were very responsive and super helpful. After suddenly and very unexpectedly losing our young cat, we reached out to Lab for Pets and were able to bring him to the facility on the same day for necropsy (postmortem) services. The pathologist was very kind, communicative and transparent about the entire process (our first time going through this type of process). The final lab report was emailed to us and I received a phone call from the pathologist on the same day the report was emailed, where he spent time explaining the findings and making the report easier to un... read more

We needed fecal tests for our two Doxies and instead of just going through the vet for this, I looked around and found Lab For Pets offers this service. Not only did the lab perform the tests overnight, but the cost was also half of what the vet would have charged. It's nice to know you can get help with a service such as this without having to "pay the middleman" so to speak. Bonus points for a great, customer friendly experience...!!
