From the minute we walked in and even though it was very busy they never made us feel slighted. From the front desk tech by the named River to the technician to the vet. They put us at ease on something the was extremely hard to do. Thank you for that and I will never forget it!!!!
Staff was wonderful and caring. They helped ease some of the pain of loosing my cat.
Had to bring my yorkie puppy in w an emergency around 9 pm. The staff immediately took care of me and my pup's issue without any waiting. I found the staff to be extremely professional, caring, concerned, and explained in detail what was going on. Luckily, after about an hour, the main issue was resolved and I was able to leave with instructions to follow up w my vet the next day.
