Can you guys please start specifying ACTUAL cost of procedures over the phone? Or that you don't utilize basic patient care such as an IV saline drip during procedure unless the pet owner pays an additional large chunk of money?? That should be discussed on the phone.. Not just sprung on you when you're standing at the counter. That's really messed up. I'd expect that to be STANDARD CARE. I had a family member inform me this is not an issue with another vet in town and so I don't understand how this place thinks that is fair... read more
A few weeks ago a cyst ruptured on my dog's leg and he was in a lot of pain--thank goodness for 24 vet service on the weekends! I got a call back with 15 minutes with recommendations on pain management.
Just took blue to get his nails did and it was a great experience. I know getting nails trimmed is a simple procedure but Blue has never liked his paws to be touched and he was in and out of there with no fuss. Thankful to their staff.
