I have been taking my crew (up to 11 dogs at a time) here for years....Dr. Drager is amazing and caring...I absolutely love him...a few of his staff members could be a bit more friendly and helpful...I highly recommend Animal Clinic-The Vet & Dr Drager to anyone looking for an awesome vet, you will not be disappointed...
My husband and I took our Maggie (our Shih Tzu) to The Vet on February 6, she not feeling or acting well. Many trips later, March 23, we had to say good bye to her. There was nothing more that the three vets there could do for her. That was soooo hard, however we knew in our hearts that Dr Drager, Dr. Jacobson and Dr Ladehoff had done all they could to try to help our sweet Maggie. We are very fortunate in Marshalltown to have the three vets here. We do miss our Maggie so much everyday.
They do such an amazing job! My cat was in today for an allergic reaction and not only was it a quick visit, She talked to him while giving a shot! It probably doesn't mean much to some but my cat is my baby so having him at ease meant the world to me. Thank you for caring enough to make him comfortable with you!
Shame on you animal clinic seriously YOUR office is so bad. I schedule my dogs today for just a toenail trim. Your receptionist never asked me when I scheduled if I wanted one of my dogs all day there or was I going to wait for my dog . she just said okay just drop them off. I pay the toenail trim and then I get the surprise that I have an additional fee for leaving him there. I was so misinformed by your staff. Still get slapped for another $65 for my other dog. They have been my vet since Dr.Drager csme here .They r awesome. And carol is an awesome groomer. Would not trust anybody else
We have typically taken our animals to another local veterinarian, but after contacting them, leaving a message, and not receiving a callback...We became exhausted by the poor customer service, which ultimately hurts our baby, and switched to The Vet. Dr. Ladehoff is personal and welcoming, Dr. Drager offers amazing services available nowhere else (i.e. acupuncture), and we could not be any happier with the courtesy and care we've received from The Vet! Thank you!!!
They customer service sucks and they started charging to sedate my dog before giving him a haircut. They never done that before. Every time we go there he needs another shot, which their shots our way over priced. It's over 100 dollars every time my dog gets a haircut. Finding a new place next time!
My family has always taken our pets here as I grew up and now, having my own little family I continue and will continue to bring my pets here due to the awesome service of all staff involved. My Pomeranian and Lab love going in(well maybe it's because of all the extra attention/love they get). Highly recommend!
