During one of the hardest times for my family the vet was so patient and sweet. I really appreciate the loving support we had during this difficult time. Today I found a card and paw print in the mail. It really provided me with some much needed comfort. P.s. I tried to attach a picture but I couldn't figure out how.
Always a great experience ‘
I have two very particular pups who are have a hard time interacting with people outside the family. Dr. Bach, Dr. Crow and Max (a vet technician) worked with Sunny and Sadie and ensured they received the best care. I appreciate what they did for my girls and their caring hearts despite the fact that my girls were not very pleasant to work with. They are excellent! We know they are always there to help our pets. Dr. Crow is exceptional! Always goes the extra mile not only for the animals but for the owners as well! Today she made what was an extremely difficult day just a little bit easier! Great big thank you to Dr. Crow and the rest of the staff!

Thank you so much to Dr. Carly Bach and staff. Everyone, especially Dr. Bach, was so kind, patient, and comforting when we very unexpectedly lost our beloved kitty Vespa last weekend. They did everything possible to ease the pain for both us and Vespa, and their kindness continues to be much appreciated.
