Made an appointment for my dog, was not told I could not go in with him to the appointment. He gets nervous at his exams and it didn’t help that the assistant that they sent out to collect him seemed scared of my dog. She didn’t want to pick him up and proceeded to try and drag him from the seat in the car to the ground. This freaked him out more and he started flailing and got off his leash and took off. We have been taking our fur babies to Animal Clinic of CB for about twelve years now. They are patient and kind. We get in and out in a reasonable time frame, and they love our animals like they’re own. We unfortunately had to put two animals to sleep in the span of ten months last year, and they were very gentle and caring with us each time.
