Great bedside manner A friend of mine recommended Animal Clinic of Bay Ridge to me because I was unhappy with my old vet. The receptionists and nurses were all very polite and professional, and the doctor I saw (Dr. Mastrangello) was great. She spent plenty of time with me and had a great bedside manner with my dog. My dog's teeth were bad, so she scheduled her right in for a teeth cleaning the next day. I dropped her off at 7:30 before work and picked her up that evening. A vet who cares Absolutely Fab. Dr. A not only did a great job on my little friends luxating patella, but he took as much time as needed to explain the procedure and answer questions on everything from pre-op tests and medications to diet and exercise. I have encountered is professional, knowledgeable and very kind to my little buddy. It is refreshing to find a Vet who cares more about your pet than his pocketbook
Pets are happy I have been taking my almost 2 year old Shih-Tzu Coco there since she was 6 weeks old. I originally went to Animal Clinic of Bay Ridge because of friends that used them for their pets, but have stayed because of the stellar service. They are always courteous, prompt and accommodating. Easily the best vet practice Easily the best veterinary practice I have been to. Excellent from top to bottom. Upon entering, the building had that "just been cleaned" smell. We were greeted right away and the tech saw us immediately, we didn't even have time to sit down. She was quick, asked lots of questions, fussed over our dog, and overall gave a great impression.
