I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Kirsten Ura-Barton and her staff at The Animal Clinic at Oxford Mills. We have been so pleased with our experience, both with "routine" services and when our dog has been ill. The staff is so attentive and sensitive to our needs and that of our pet. We are thankful to have them as a resource and our vet of choice for the years to come. We would recommend them without hesitation.
Not my 1sy and I'm sure not my last amazing experience with the best vet office around. This week when my parents dog was sick & in need of care @[1680049974:Kirsten Ura-Barton] & staff went well above and beyond to be there and help out. If I could give no stars I would. I typically don't go out of my way to leave negative reviews. We were lied to and told if my cat needed another steroid shot in a month we wouldn't be charged a recheck fee. When I called back to question it they said it was never documented even though I was told this twice. They went ahead and charged me the office visit again. The $50 certainly won't break the bank, it's just the principal of how it was handled. I won't be back.
We have had other vets for our pets to administer vaccinations and perform check ups, but Dr. Barton is SO much more than just a vet. She puts her heart and soul into her practice. She is compassionate and you can tell she has the best interest of the animals at heart. We will NEVER go anywhere else for our pets needs.
We have been very happy with Dr. Barton and her staff. She is knowledgeable and sensitive to our pets needs, and her staff is great with our pets, and helpful when answering questions. We are happy to call The Animal Clinic at Oxford Mills our Vet Clinic of choice.
This is one of the best veterinarian places I love taking my three dogs there. The doctor and staff are awesome
Love this place...they treat my cats like they are thier own :)
