I’m truly upset with this clinic. I brought my cat in to be spayed and declawed on the fronts. When I picked her up the receptionist was talking about how much she hated cats and that she throws stuff at their office cat. Aside from a bad impression, I’m disgusted with the customer service. 6 months after my cats declaw she got an abscess that we had cared for by another vet. (Post surgery issues can occur after declaw) so we accepted that. Now almost a year later her claw is growing back and tearing open the skin AGAIN. The... read more
If I could....I'd leave this place a negative 5 stars! Called yesterday for a quote to have my 6 pups tails, and dew claws done. Receptionist put me on hold to speak with the vet. Came back on told me it would be $201. Made an appointment. Not long after we get off the phone she calls me back, ask me to come in today. No problem that's great. Today I get there with my new 6 pups for their appointment. Lady at the counter has me fill out my info. Takes my pups. Tells me theyll be ready to pickup at 2pm. I leave go about my bu... read more

Best low-cost clinic in town!
I have the one of the worst customer service experience in this clinic. Yesterday I came to refill my dogs medication. So when I arrived there are 2 customer already with there cats. The first line is the lady with 2 cats and the second is a man with a cat name sullivan. So I went to the 3rd line. While waiting a male staff arrive and then take the 2 cats inside. They are all vary nice. When my daughter cat was sick they helped is out and made her feel better about it told her she a good mom he was a healthy cat thank you
These people had my lady bring our cat baby who is just over a year in a 9am and kept her caged up until the last minute and said to call 2. She was sill not ready at 3pm again she was still out of it just after 4pm and they said the doctor would look at herabd call me back in 10 mibutes which never happened. When I called back there was an answering machine that would not let me leave a message I finally was told by my lady that they were keeping her overnight for observation.
