Awesome experience, the staff really knows how to make it a personal experience. They also get back with you on passed issues, even with 6 months in between!!!
After going to the same dentist for 50 years, I didn't realize how out-of-date his clinic was. In contrast, Dr. Alpert's clinic and staff are absolutely the most efficient, friendly, competent, and up-to-date with their equipment and procedures. What had become a mostly uncomfortable routine with my previous dentist and staff, today's dental check-up was intensely thorough and complete, and very pleasant. For years, I am visiting this professional office and always had a very good experience, benefiting of the good work and a pleasant atmosphere. My last visit was to see Tracie for a dental cleaning and I was happy to hear that everything was in good order with me, also confirmed by Dr. Alpert. Thank you all!
This was my fourth or so visit at Dental Care of Waterford and like the previous visits, it was very nice. Dr. Alpert is kind and professional, as are all the hygienists and assistants I've interacted with so far. Where I don't necessarily look forward to dentist appointments, since I started going here, I don't worry about dentist appointments anymore.
Check-up, cleaning and exam. Great service, friendly staff. Very pleased!
