I had my teeth cleaned and was seen by Dr. Alpert. I was seen right away and everything was great.
Great job today. Tracie is the fourth hygienist to clean my teeth. All have done a great job. Again, you can't beat the customer service from all in the office. By the way, the doctor is fantastic.

Although I showed up 20 minutes for my appointment, everyone was able to adjust their workload, and see me right away. (convenient) Deteriorating cap was detected during the visit, and immediately scheduled me for a cap replacement. (Impressive)
The attention and professionalism from Dr. Alpert and his staff is second to none! This is a fantastic office and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great dentist!
Every visit thus far has been a great experience for me at Dental Care of Waterford. It's close to where I live and I like early appointments in the morning so I can get in and out quickly.
