I have been bringing my dogs here for years and am so impressed with the care and compassion that goes into their care. Today was a rough day and I will have to say goodbye to one of my babies soon and Lisa was amazing and so compassionate for both myself and Miss Bella...I have had many interactions with many of the staff and have always left there feeling content....I recommend this office to anyone with pets
We had to say goodbye to our loving companion of 15 years today. We did not have a vet in the area and I called them with my concerns. They took us right in , and all the staff were very compassionate and empathetic. We did not have to wait in the waiting area, they provided blankets and comfort to our dog, and allowed us privacy to say our good byes. Dr Allen Knott was especially kind, taking time to explain the dying process, and was very tender and respectful to our Sasha. We wanted to ease her suffering and he helped us ... read more
In addition to the other doctors, having Dr. Monast now on board is one of the best decisions the Animal Care Hospital could have ever made! Superior all around!!! :)
I can’t say enough about this The Animal Care Hospital. They treat my pets with the utmost care, and are very caring and knowledgeable. The staff are very professional and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone needing a great Vet!
The BEST veterinarian in the capital district. I currently bring both my cats for their annual check ups. They are very accommodating for when my babies get sick, on days like today. They were able to get my cat, Ramsey in very quick! The whole process was smooth and I knew he was in good hands. The staff are very personable and will walk you through everything and they are always willing to answer any questions. I am very thankful to have Animal Care as my vet.

I have a high anxiety dog, has hated every vet we have gone to. Today that all changed. Staff was welcoming, friendly and open to the concerns I had about my dog. Vet was thorough in his examination, while understanding that my dog Karl has some strong boundaries when it comes to strangers. They gave great care in keeping him calm while drawing blood, ear swabs and his examination. Never did I hear him howl in the back room, and he came back to the room rather happy.
