This used to be a great place to take your pets. Now they think nothing of sending your baby home without pain medication after an abdominal surgery where she had to stay overnight. So many things have turned me off about this practice after my pups recent misdiagnosis and surgery that I don't even know where to start with an explanation. I feel like they don't care so much about your pet as they do about the money (an ER vet visit would have cost less). Please think twice about taking your babies here! 😢
This is the most unprofessional vet office I have ever been too. I called prior to the visit and was told if I wish to stay with my pet I can come in with her. When I arrived, they told me they are not allowing anyone to come in anymore. I waited in the car with my pet until they came to get her. We waited for around 30 minutes. My pet was only in the office for about 10 minutes and the vet tech brought her out to me. Very rude vet tech could not tell me anything that was going on and said the vet would be out shortly. They have always been fantastic with every visit from nail trims to full urgent care!
They have always been great with our two fur babies. They care about the animals and it makes a huge difference with our boys.
