Get her husband out of her office he is very rude!!!! I had taken my animals there for years. I had my dog scheduled for a total toe removal and her assistant only removed a portion. I followed her instructions to the T. I had to take the dog back for a bad infection because of the assistants instructions and not doing the total removal of the toe yet I paid well for the surgery. Dr. Pelfrey did step in and remove the toe and cleared up the infection however her husband was demanding more money. I never raised my voice once ... read more

RecommendedDr. Lisa and her staff are by far the best Vetrenarian office in town. When most of the other experiences I've had in and around town they were either too busy to care or to expensive or even sometimes to rough with our animals. Rocky who is our 7 year old boxer went in for a TTA procedure on his right rear leg and they have been excellent!!! Very reasonable on prices and very concerned and knowledgeable. He is now only three days out of surgery and he couldn't be doing better !!! I would recommend any and everyone to animal... read more
RecommendedI took my Dog pookie to Animal Care Clinic Friday morning she was real sick Dr. Lisa Pelfrey check her out and kept her over night I pick her the next day Dr, Lisa did a amazing job her she is so much better today Dr, Lisa Pelfrey is one the best vets in Ross County i would recommend her to anyone she one of the best i have seen with animals thank you and your staff for doing a great job on pookie 🙏🐕

RecommendedDr. Pelfrey is a great communicator in describing what our family dogs needed. Dr. Sandusky was very good with an injured pup of ours. The prices are more affordable than the other places. Will stick with this practice for all our animals.
