Our cat, Sage, who is terrified of vets after his neuter (when the vet cut his nails clear back into the quick), had to go to a new vet, and we chose Pelfrey. We loved the staff, have started using them as our regular vet. But the most telling... next time I pulled out the carrier (transporting rats to their new home), Sage came running and hopped right in, trilling. This has NEVER happened before, and I think it speaks volumes about the care this office provides.
I want to thank Dr. Pelfrey for operating on my furbaby, Queenie Marie. She is no longer in pain. Not able to use her back right leg right now but I realize it will take time. She was crying in pain before the surgery. Now att least she can hop around, before surgery she was immobile. Animal care clinic is the best!!
Superb staff. Dr. Pelfrey went above and beyond to help our kitty. In the end, we had to put him to sleep but it was after we had exhausted all efforts to identify and resolve his issues. Even after we made that decision to end his suffering, She was thoughtful throughout the process. Thank you so much for all you do.
The best people to take care of your furrbabies. I would never trust anyone else as much as I trust them. I cannot say enough good about them.
