RecommendedThey are very professional and kept me informed the whole time they had my girl despite not being able to go with her due to covid. They are kind and compassionate to both patient and parents and they did everything they could to help in an emergency situation.

I absolutely recommend them for care! After not getting many answers from another vet in Lincoln, I decided to look for a second opinion regarding my 9 year old dog going through an IVDD flare up. Since it’s curbside drop offs due to covid, I wasn’t able to go inside, but they still called me right away with answers once they got him back for an exam! I brought my 9 year old daughters bunny here. My daughter was a wreck and wanted me to find somewhere who could see her ASAP and even though they were booked they made time to get her bunny in. I appreciated the phone calls and updates on what was going on, and what they were doing to try and make her better. They were also very upfront and honest about how much things were going to cost. Animal care clinic cared for our dog Bair from 8 weeks old till his passing last week at the age of 12. They have always been professional, approachable and caring. Questions have always been answered, issues have always been addressed. Thank you for all your amazing care for Bair over the years.
