Our Lilly was family. Having her in our lives was a blessing. Having found out she was ill our main concern was that she not suffer.. The staff here were very helpful caring and helped us thru one of the hardest things to do.. saying goodbye to our baby girl... Thank you all for your support.. Lilly and her family
First let me say the staff is very pleasant and it was a good experience worthy of five stars, until it became clear that they are more concerned about money than care. I say this after requesting a refill on my dogs 200 dollar bi-weekly prescription. I asked if there were a cheaper alternative and was assured on several occasions that there was not, and that it would cost me another visit of 65 dollars to get a refill that I would have to spend about 800 dollars for two months of treatment. Thank you so much for taking such good care of Sabrina! Being that she is a rescue kitten I was nervous about leaving her for surgery. After I spoke with you twice yesterday I knew I made the right choice. I enjoy taking my babies to your clinic and recommend to all my friends. It's a blessing to know that we are known when we come in and that everyone is so nice and helpful! We feel like family every time we go in! Great job guys!!
