The people that work here are the rudest people I have ever talked to. Not Compassionate about your pets. I would not recommend this place at all. There are other vets in the area I would take your animals.
It’s our first visit and the staff was very nice.
This place has gone down hill so bad that I am no longer a client due to poor service, which is a shame because it used to be a great place. my family and I went there for 25 years, maybe more, before dr. moore for god sake!! The staff answering the phones now are awful and are very ignorant. They give you the wrong information and are often very rude. The staff here are amazing. When we had just moved here, we had to put our Min Pin down due to unknown reasons. It was heart breaking and everyone at the clinic were so caring. Thank you for all you do for our pets.
Dr Ueleke is an amazing vet. The staff is caring and always helpful. He always takes his time and makes you feel like you are the only patient he has. When we had to put our dog down, he walked us through the steps, made us feel we were making the right decision and comforted us when the time came. We highly recommend and Dr Moore and Dr Ueleke.
I just got a pup over a month ago her name is Skye!! The first place I thought is this place cause ago this is the place I took my other animals to. Friendly staff back in the day and I’m pleased with the staff today. Skye has been there twice and will be going back soon
