Excellent care and a caring staff. Seemed very knowledgeable. Easy to get appointments with. They saw us the same day we called.
Be more honest in your dealings with people. Continuing to charge for aftercare and to do another surgery when the first surgery was not sufficient. That is on you to take care of, not for the owner to keep shelling out money. Then to withhold antibiotics and pain medication, that was uncalled for. Think more of your patients and less about your almighty dollar.

I had a Kitten(not mine) that got hit in front of my house, She And wasn't doing well, I called everywhere to get her help even my own Vet and all I got was(We're booked) I called the Animal Care Center and they took her and put her down, I Loved The Staff and Doctors their so sweet! I highly recommend them!
If it wasn’t for Animal Care Center, this guy wouldn’t be able to enjoy the beach. This place rocks.

Dr.Ferrell and the staff there are amazing and truly care about your furbabies! I wouldn't take mine anywhere else!
