RecommendedI have been taking my fur babies to see Dr. Brown since he opened his business in green valley. The care and concern that he and his staff has always showed me and my babies have always been heart warming, respectful and caring. While I understand everyone is busy and overly taxed lately but something as simple as unclear notation and grief should never mingle. We had our beloved house dog cremated and the order of a plaster casting of the paw resulted in the addition of a dog paw urn instead. The mishap makes perfect sense, it’s an easy thing to do, but the depth of pain in knowing her paw print exists in some form but doesn’t exist in a way my family can enjoy is painful and will remain so. We had my dog cremated there, we paid extra to receive a casting of her paw. When we picked her up today and asked about it, we were told there was a “mix up” in the notes and we were getting an urn with a paw print instead. *Not Lola’s paw print.* The way the lady at the front desk handled it was awful, when I pointed out that they made a mistake with something that was irreplaceable, she felt the need to point out that the urn we were receiving was $90, which is more expensive than the urn I had originally picked. everyone here is great and Doc Brown and Doc Montgomery and the others are the best, especially if you need greyhound care... don't go anywhere else!
They kick puppies out of doggie day care for not cooperating after 30 mins! I mean he is a puppy what do you expect him to sit up and recite the alphabet! The family was already out of town and you put them in a rough spot! Could you imagine if this was a daycare? What would they do to children!! Kick them out after 30 mins 🤷🏼♀️ Never would I recommend this place!

Had to have my Dog ( Sammy) and my very best friend and a member of my family put to sleep Monday. He was 20 years old and I loved him with all my heart. Dr Ferrow was so understand and so kind and she made the process so much easier by being so kind and passionate about it. The whole was so much easier but was one of the hardest things i had ever had to do but I know he is not suffering now and in a much better place because he was such a angel here on earth.
