Dr. Connor is a wonderful vet! My little parakeet Ebby sustained a nasty eye injury, I came to Animal Care Clinic as a new customer. Dr. Connor was very gentle and attentive with Ebby, very kind to me, and took the time to explain what was happening with my little guy, and what medicine and vitamins are needed to help him heal up. We first came to ACCOT/HPAC to get a second opinion on an on-going problem our cat was experiencing, despite regular vet care and repeated treatment from our former vet. Dr. Conner listened to us and thoroughly examined our cat. Dr. Conner and Dr. Mah treated our cat and educated us of things we needed to change in his diet. Excellent, caring staff! Took our surliest cat, Tigger, in for grooming - he’s ALWAYS needed to be sedated in the past - Shyann and Trish gave Tigger a true “spa” day, and rocked his purrfect lion cut with NO sedation! Tigger immediately took to Trish, and was very comfortable with her. Entire team is amazing and compassionate, true professionals. We will definitely be back!
