RecommendedHad to take my kitty Asia in for a visit. I was a little leary abut not being able to go in with my girl due to the COVID 19 procedures. I was greeted right away by Samantha and when they were ready for Asia , Jenniber B , the Vet Tech came to get her. Dr Roberts , who is amazing, called to discuss the exam and when Jennifer brought Asia back to me she told me how sweet Asia was and that she cuddled her the whole time she was in there. I have always loved Animal Care Center but today I love them even more! My old kitty passed away and today I received a rose and sweet card from them. It’s the little things that people remember. Will never take my pets to any other vet!
Very caring staff . Had to put my cat down today and could nit ask for more caring people in a tough time
I want to thank them for staying open during this horrible OVID19 epidemic. They took care of my Lucy Belle with updating her inoculations and grooming. They came to the car suited in mask and gloves to get her and when finished they brought her to my car and handled the billing without me having to go inside. I really love the care the shown by the staff in staying open for our fur babies and more.. Thank you so much for caring for my baby girl.
Absolutely best pet doctor ever! Dr. Reeves helped our cat Snoop.He researched to find out what was wrong with him, treated him and gave us another year with our baby! We are forever grateful for his caring manner. I appreciated all of the calls of concern because he genuinely cared about him. Everyone here is wonderful, from the staff to the rest of the docs. Always top notch service. Never waiting long. They’ve helped my baby with infused bones in her neck, a swollen anal gland, and giving her shots. They always clip her nails, too. 10/10 recommend to everyone!
