Dr Cait...did a wonderful job helping our dog recover from a sickness. She took the time to explain and answer our questions ... Ran the right test and because she knew her job our dog had a speedy recovery ...all in one visit !! A very professional pleasant place....highly recommend this place #Very Professional

Took care of my Jackson for the past 5 years. He passed away earlier this week and the helped me through the process of cremation with great compassion and empathy. thank you to all the doctor's and the staff for your kindness through the years

I've been bringing all my pets to Animal Care Center since they opened and I have always been amazed with the care my pets receive. Dr. Griffin and Dr. Brownell are amazing and the office staff is second to none
I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place to go. The first picture our adorable fur baby crossed the rainbow bridge on August 3, 2020. They were caring, supportive, and would check on us if we needed anything. Today we received this rose and card from the facility and we are forever grateful for them to have helped us in regards to Buddy. We love and miss him every single day and will always have him in our hearts.

I regret to have to write this, however someone needs to know the incompetence of Dr. Maldonado. The story begins when we adopted our Great Dane Bentley 8+ years ago. Dr. Maldonado was new to the practice but was the only doctor available with Dr. Griffin on vacation. He saw Ben for a checkup the first week we had him. Ben had a skin condition,worms and was a little ill. Dr. Maldonado advised us Ben was very sick and might not survive but luckily he did and gave us much joy for the next 8 years. I do not recommend this facility. Staff is rude and does not know their own protocol.. They tell you one thing on the phone and another when you call back or go in. Word of advice, it is ok when you screw up, we are all human, but do not lie and make your customers out to be terrible people - just learn the protocol and be kind....so ridiculous! I will gladly find another vets office.
