There's noone else I'd trust with my dogs care. They treat my babies like they're theirs. They're compassionate and kind, and the best vets in San Marcos.
I brought my chihuahua in and the staff welcomed me with open arms, the staff was amazing and they were very helpful and considerate of my situation! Most definitely coming back!
I was so unsure about bring my dog here, but I’m so glad I did. There were so many other vets in the area but when I called the front desk lady was sooo helpful and explained a lot to me. So I chose to go here, when we got there earlier then our appt they went ahead and took us back and saw my fur baby right away. I have been using this vet for 15 years. My furry family has been well cared for over and over. Super Friendly staff, Dr J is amazing, and the groomer is loved by my pup. Highly recommended!!! Much love in my heart for that team! �����

Never before have I ever seen that kind of compassion and caring and medical Knowledge from any other vet. Kudos to dr. J and all his staff. I love to support owner operated local businesses.
Although I had always been happy with the care I received here in the past I was unhappy how they handled my current situation. I gave clear instructions to the staff on a small growth that needed to removed on my Labrador. They removed his chest callous (from laying around) by mistake. I had to bring him back once again to be put under and was still charged (an additional fee) for your mistake. That's not how you treat customers.
Love this Vet.Dr.J and all the techs are wonderful. ..Finally. .I FOUND A Great VET. ..
