We took our cat in and the vet said he heard fluid in his lungs and now our cat has died because of it. I have contacted the Texas Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners and filed a compliant. We were told by another vet that if you would have treated him he would still be alive. Don’t take your pets here and those that have and have had good service good for you. I will never bring an animal here ever again. The staff was very nice but that won’t bring my little buddy back.
Took my Chloe in today, at the height of Covid-19. They are so kind, patient and thorough! They are also taking extra precautions to make sure that everyone stays safe. Only one person in the office at a time and disinfecting the rooms and areas between patients. Thank you for taking it one step further to keep me and my baby safe! You will be my first choice for all future visits with my baby!
Yesterday was Bonnie and Clydes first visit. The staff and Doctor are fabulous. Love this place.
We brought our pit bull mix to see Dr. Medina recently and I couldn’t be happier with the care we received. Dr. Medina was very caring, thorough, and was available when we had questions arise later. She treated our dog like her own 😊. I highly recommend Dr. Medina at Animal Care Center for any of your fur babies needs 🐾
Cannot say enough great things about this clinic. They have gone out of their way to care for my cat!
