I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. They used to be great, and now I felt that they were burnt out, tense, and grumpy. I'm happy for their success, new building and all, however, I felt I was being pressured to have tests run for my pets, etc, that were not really necessary in an effort for them to make more and more money. Used to be impressed, not any more. Won't be going back.
Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes
Beautiful vet hospital, however, the Vet was rude and defensive when I questioned my pet's advised treatment. Not impressed, will not be returning in the future. I was expecting the 'compassionate care' that is advertised, and I did not find it unfortunately.
