I'll probably never use this place again. Despite previous good results (and a lot of money), this last time was a disaster. I bought in a sick kitty with an injured eye and got two estimates - basically one to get her in shape for surgery, another to do it. Estimate one was $374 to clean up the wound and do some tests and bloodwork. when I came to pick up the cat, I was informed she would not be ready for surgery for some time and I was required to keep her in isolation. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them Were the examining rooms clean and free of odor? Yes

The visit started off fine, but when our cat began to get stressed they put on leather gloves and pushed on. We were scolded for trying to calm her ourselves and when the cat had enough and bit the vet she rudely informed us to confine the the cat for a 10 day rabies quarantine and we would be contacted by the county health department for compliance. For a vet to push an obviously extremely stressed animal through a non emergency procedure is unprofessional and uncompassionate. I will not be returning to this vet.
